It All Started with the Rhododendrons

The Rhododendrons cover most of the three acres in the garden and in the Spring are like a fireworks display of colors – red, pink, yellow, white and blue. Although most Rhodos you see around are pink, the colors in Richard’s garden are very unusual – because they are made up of hybrids that he creates himself. These hybrids are a mix of flowers that he loves – usually yellow or red.
