What follows are my notes taken from a review of early ARS Journals regarding Hardgrove and his interaction with Gable, Nearing and Leach. I had written some questions for Sid Burns to ask Hardgrove.  They are there and his answers to some of the questions. Also notes published by others regarding the disposition of the Hardgrove hybrids.
